Testimony and Learner to Leader Story: I am practicing advocate at the High Court of Gujarat and I appear before SIAC, HKIAC and ICC. I am heading the legal department for an International Business Entity based out of Singapore. I have pursued my Master of Law in International Trade Law from Gujarat Maritime University, GNLU Campus, and Gandhinagar in the academic year 2020-21 and my Bachelors of Law along with Business Administration from AURO University, Surat in the academic years 2013-18. I have a versatile practice in the field of law wherein my focus has lied on various areas including and not limited to International Laws, IPR, Companies and Banking Laws, Energy Law, Civil and Family Law, Criminal Law, and so on. I have contributed a chapter called Right to Dignified Death: The Nexus Between Hedonism and Euthanasia in the book Right to Life and Freedom to Die: A Hedonistic View on Euthanasia published by eminent academician Dr. Vrushti Patel. I am currently working on a research project in the field of International Laws pertaining to Cross-border Business and Trade and am assisting Global Businesses with legal compliance and business development.

Testimony and Learner to Leader Story: joined AURO University School of Law in the year 2013 with an aim to become a litigating lawyer majorly dealing in cases pertaining to Constitutional Law, Civil Laws, Service and Labor Laws, Company Law etc. During my tenure at the university, the course - curriculum and the methodology of the University gave me an opportunity to learn the law in different ways by applying the law in practical situations. The course - curriculum being a blend of academics and practice training such as Moot Courts, Role Play, Judgment Writing, Research Papers etc., has helped me a lot after I graduated in the year 2018.
After graduation in the year 2018, I joined the chambers of Neeraj Vasu, Advocate practicing before the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat and Hon’ble Debt Recovery Tribunal, Ahmedabad. During the time at AURO University, to blend of academics and practical helped to apply the law to the practical scenarios in real legal problems. Thereafter, I joined Trivedi’s Law Office as a Senior Associate where I practiced before the Hon’ble City Civil Courts, Hon’ble Debt Recovery Tribunal and before the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat alongside practice; I pursued Master in Law in Business Law. In the year 2021, I started my own practice before the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad and I am a registered Trademark Attorney. The practical training of AURO University has helped to be a leader of my own and set up individual practice before the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat.

Current Organization/Institution details: Currently am working as an Advocate at Deshmukh & Associates Firm, litigating disputes in several courts in and outside Surat, related to Negotiable Instrument Act, Arbitration Law, Commercial Law, Consumer Protection and Civil Laws.

Testimony and Learner to Leader Story: I am a Research Scholar at AURO University, currently pursuing his PhD under the guidance of Dr. Vrushti Patel. I have received a benchmark verdict in the field of Arbitration law in the year 2021 at Surat District Court. I am an Indian classical musician and a vocalist with a gold medal in Harmonium. I am a multi - instrumentalist with an experience in the field of music from the past more than 20 years.
I did my debut project as Music Director with Zee Music Co. and Eros Music Co. in the year 2019. I am also working as music composer for several YouTube artists and channels, including an international music label known as Musical Barber (United Kingdom). My songs are still being aired in BBC UK Radio channel and Sabra UK Radio Channel. I am the founder of Stave Records Music Studio.
